Job Description:
I. Design and development of simulation ICs;
II.Collaboration with layout engineers to guide layout design;
III.work with test engineers for IC failure analysis;
Job requirements:
1. 3 years of master's degree or 5 years of bachelor's degree in related design experience.
2. Proficient in at least three of the following designs: POR, BGR, charge pump, OPAMP, OSC, SRAM, memory read path.
3. Proficient in EDA tools such as Hpsice/Spectre, HSIM/Finesim/XA, familiar with mixed-signal simulation.
4. Familiar with IC layout, able to independently and effectively guide and review layout.
5. Familiar with NOR flash architecture principles, write/erase algorithms, and high-voltage sequences; experience in process is a plus.
6. Experience in low-power design is preferred.
