Declaration on Compliance with Export Control Regulations
XTX Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XTX" or "the Company") has always adhered to strict compliance with all national and international export control laws and regulations applicable to its business during its development process, and effectively fulfilled its export control responsibilities and obligations. XTX firmly believes that consciously complying with and enforcing export control laws and regulations can enable the company to effectively avoid and prevent trade compliance risks, enhance XTX's competitiveness in domestic and international markets, and promote its long-term sustainable development.
XTX hereby solemnly promises that it will strictly abide by the applicable laws and regulations of the countries and regions where its business is conducted, including all applicable export control laws and regulations of the United Nations, China, the United States, and the European Union, and will prioritize laws and regulations over commercial interests.
In order to ensure compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations, XTX continuously improves its export control compliance management system and promotes the implementation and enforcement of relevant requirements in applicable business areas and functional departments; Strengthen the training of export control compliance capabilities for employees and management personnel, and enhance their compliance awareness; Urge all parties involved in XTX's export control compliance to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. XTX will further establish and maintain close contact with the Chinese government's export control authorities, relevant non-governmental organizations, and export control experts, timely understand relevant policy information, and seek professional guidance and authoritative advice.
If XTX has reason to believe that the products, technologies, or services to be exported may be used by customers or end customers for the development or manufacture of weapons of mass destruction, delivery vehicles, or unauthorized conventional military equipment, which is detrimental to the peace and stability of the receiving country and region, or directly or indirectly fall into the hands of terrorist organizations or individuals, XTX will refuse to export related products, technologies, and services.
All employees of XTX commit to making efforts to achieve the company's goal of export control compliance, complying with applicable export control laws and regulations, as well as the compliance systems and processes established by the company to reduce risks. Employees who do not comply with applicable laws and regulations will be held legally responsible in accordance with the law.
This statement applies to XTX and all its subsidiaries and branches.
The company will routinely review this statement and revise it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

关于遵守出口管制法规的声明
“芯天下技术股份有限公司”（以下简称“芯天下”或“公司”）在发展过程中始终坚持严格遵守所有业务适用地的国家和国际出口管制法律法规，切实履行出口管制责任和义务。芯天下坚信，自觉遵守和执行出口管制法律法规的要求，能够使公司有效规避和防范贸易合规风险，增强芯天下在国内外市场的竞争力，推动芯天下的长期可持续发展。
芯天下在此郑重承诺：芯天下将严格遵守其业务开展所在国家及地区的适用法律，包括联合国、中国、美国和欧盟等所有适用的出口管制法律法规，并将法律法规置于商业利益之上。
为了确保符合适用的出口管制法律法规要求，芯天下不断完善出口管制合规管理制度，推动相关要求在适用业务领域和职能部门的落实与执行；加强对员工和管理人员的出口管制合规能力培训，提升员工和管理人员的合规意识；督促参与芯天下出口管制合规的各方切实履责。芯天下将进一步与中国政府出口管制主管部门、相关非政府组织及出口管制专家建立和保持密切联系，及时了解相关政策信息，寻求专业指导和权威建议。
如果芯天下有理由认为，要出口的产品、技术或服务可能被客户或最终客户用于发展或制造大规模杀伤性武器、运载工具或未经授权的常规军事装备，不利于接收国家和地区的和平稳定，或是直接或间接落入恐怖组织或个人手中，芯天下将拒绝出口相关产品、技术和服务。
芯天下全体员工承诺将为公司实现出口管制合规的目标做出努力，遵守可适用的出口管制法律法规以及公司为降低风险而建立的合规制度和流程。不遵守适用法律法规的员工，将依法承担法律责任。
本声明适用于芯天下及芯天下的所有分公司、子公司。
公司将例行对本声明进行审核，根据相关法律法规进行重新修订。
